Return and Refund Policy


Goods sold are nonreturnable and/nor cancellable unless item(s) are suspected of possessing a manufacturing defect(s). In the case of a suspected manufacturing defect; goods will be shipped to a location provided by Sardellia srl on the client’s expense. After evaluation of the component(s) in question; a full refund or replacement may be offered to buyer if product is determined by OEM to qualify as a manufacturing defect.

The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the client and the initial shipping fees from Sardellia are not refundable.

How do I return an item?

 You may request a product return by sending an email to In your email description please indicate the reason for the return, your contact information including your telephone number, address and email address.
